Aerospace-grade titanium above 99.9% purity, inside and out, with no heavy-metal migration. Chemically inert, so it never reacts with food; naturally antibacterial and about half the weight of an iron pan. Cold-forged and hardened, it needs no coating at all and only gets better with use.
